He specializes in how total rewards teams can leverage the latest technologies, processes and operating models to drive compelling employee experiences and sustainable organization performance. 

Adam Sweetman, HR Director/Intel Corporation - Adam Sweetman is currently the Western Europe, Middle East, Turkey and Africa HR Director for Intel Corporation. Adam has a degree in Computing for Real Time Systems and began his career in IT but got the 7 year itch and began seeking to understand more about the commercial aspects of the business and moved over to Sales and Marketing. Another 7 years and another itch and Adam moved over to HR after realizing that neither electrons nor $s really make the business work and people is where it is at. Various HR roles in consulting and org transformation but primarily focused on the customer facing Business HR areas.
