The Northwest Compensation and Rewards Forum (NCRF) is an association of compensation and benefits professionals.NCRF exists to promote the exchange of information, ideas, plans and policies in the field of total rewards trends and practices. NCRF also supports the education efforts and objectives of WorldatWork. NCRF meets quarterly, and maintains a membership of more than 100 professionals.
